An image will be displayed in the corner of your website indicating that Live Help is available, the customer can simply click the image and connect live to a web attendent employed by Quarkis but whom understands your website, business, products and services thouroughly.

   

 
How do the Quarkis Web Attendent system work? 

Our trained web attendent will be available 24/7 or per the hours you dictate. When a customer clicks to speak with a live web attendent, a new screen will pop up with a chat log, allowing the web attendent and customer to communicate with each other textually. In addition, the web attendent will come across in live streaming video and will have a microphone to talk with the customer.

The customer will be able to see a live video image of the web attendent. If they have speakers built into their computer, they will be able to hear the reassuring voice of the web attendent. And of course, the bulk of answers and questions will be typed in. All logs of customer interactions will be saved and provided to you for monitoring at any time.

The web attendant will work with a proprietary Quarkis Knowledgebase, where they can look up answers to common questions. When new questions or concerns are asked, the web attendent will liase with your customer service representative for instructions on how to answer those new questions or issues. Over time, the knowledgebase builds up allowing our web attendant to more effectively assist your customers.

Quarkis provides three levels of Web Attendants. Please review all three levels and select the one that best suites your needs.

Level I - Online for 8 consecutive hours per day. Cost: $500 USD per month

Level II - Online for 16 consecutive hours per day.  Cost: $750 USD per month

Level III - Online for 24 consecutive hours per day. Cost: $1000 USD per month
